When you place an order we keep the things needed to deliver it:

• Your name, so the courier knows who to hand the parcel to.
• Your phone number, because we confirm every order before it ships.
• Your delivery address and city.
• Your email address, if you give one. It is optional.
• What you ordered, what it cost, and how you chose to pay.
• Any payment screenshot you send us on WhatsApp, so we can match the transfer to your order.

We never see or store card numbers. There is no card payment on this site at all.

An account holds your email address, and the name, phone number and address you save to it, so checkout fills itself in next time. We never see your password: it is held by Supabase, who run the sign-in for us, and only ever as a form that cannot be turned back into your password.

Signing in with Google tells us your name and the email address on your Google account, and nothing else. It does not give us access to your Google account, your contacts or your mail.

Ask us to close your account and we delete it, along with the details on it.

What is in your cart, your answer to the age question, and your cookie choice all stay on your device rather than being sent to us. If you are signed in, there is also a cookie that keeps you signed in, which goes when you sign out.

The shop sets nothing for analytics or advertising. If that ever changes it will be listed here and in the cookie panel first, and it will be off until you switch it on.

The courier gets your name, address and phone number, because that is how a parcel arrives. Nobody else. We do not sell customer lists and we do not pass your details to advertisers.

Order records are kept while we may still need them for a return, a warranty claim or our own accounts. Ask us to delete yours and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a sale.

We only sell to people 18 and over. The question on the way in records that you were asked and answered, in your browser. The real check is at the door: the courier will ask for CNIC, and cannot hand over nicotine products without it.
