You must be 18 or over to buy anything here. The courier will ask for CNIC at the door and cannot hand over nicotine products without it. If nobody of age is there to receive the parcel it comes back to us, and we may charge the delivery again on a second attempt.

We will refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to think the buyer is under 18, and we do not have to explain which reason.

Nicotine is addictive. These products are intended for adults who already smoke or vape. They are not for non-smokers, and not for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Nothing on this site is a medical product or a stop-smoking treatment, and we do not present it as one.

Everything we list is authentic stock. If you ever receive something you believe is counterfeit, tell us and we will take it back and refund it in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before anything is dispatched, and the sale is made at that point.

We may decline an order. The usual reasons are:

• The item sold out between you ordering and us packing.
• We cannot reach you on the number you gave.
• The address is outside where our courier delivers.
• A price was listed wrongly, which we will tell you about rather than quietly charge.

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include nothing extra beyond delivery, which is shown before you confirm. Prices can change, but never after we have confirmed your order.

You can pay cash to the courier, or transfer the amount before it ships by scanning the QR at checkout with any banking or wallet app. For a transfer, send us the screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number: that is how the payment is matched to your order, and the order is confirmed once we have it. We take no card payments and no card details ever reach this site.

Two to four working days, anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is free when you pay by bank transfer, and Rs 250 when you pay the courier in cash.

Those days are what the courier normally takes, not a promise we control. Give us an address somebody can actually be found at: a wrong or incomplete one is the single most common reason a parcel comes back.

Two different situations, and they are treated differently.

Something is faulty or wrong. Tell us within seven days of it arriving and we will replace it or refund it, including the delivery. Devices carry the manufacturer warranty on top of that.

You changed your mind. Send it back within seven days, unopened and with the seal intact, and we will refund the item. You cover the return postage.

E-liquid, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened. That is a hygiene rule, not a preference: we cannot resell them and we will not pretend otherwise. Disposables cannot be returned once used.

Keep your password to yourself. Anything ordered from your account is treated as ordered by you, so tell us straight away if you think somebody else has got into it.

We can close an account that is being used to place fake orders, to abuse our staff or couriers, or to buy on behalf of somebody under 18.

We are responsible for getting you what you ordered, in working order, and for the consequences of us failing to. We are not responsible for how a product is used after it reaches you, for devices modified or repaired by somebody else, or for batteries used outside the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Karachi.
